TRUE BEACHFRONT.. Welcome to "Beach Hideaway" at Tidewater Beach Resort, a fully updated one-bedroom, two bath condo situated on the 16th floor - providing the most spectacular views of the emerald green gulf waters. When you enter the condo, you will find your coastal themed master suite on your right, which features an amazing new king bed and new pillowtop mattress, flat screen tv, dresser, and its own private bathroom. Walk down the hall a little to find the bunk bed nook perfectly suited for the kiddos! They will also have a hallway bathroom all to themselves! Up next the fully-equipped and updated kitchen, which leads into the beach front open dining and living area. This property comes complete with a washer and dryer and free wi-fi. Last but not least, step out onto your beachfront balcony and take in all the beauty and relax in our brand new balcony furniture - this will probably become your favorite spot! Come make "Beach Hideaway" your home away from home this year and it may easily become your go to vacation destination for years to come.
Tidewater boasts so many amazing amenities that you won't know what to do first. Tidewater rests on 600 feet of sugar white sand with plenty of room to play in the emerald green waters. You can start your day with a cup of coffee on the spacious balcony, or head down to the on-site coffee shop. Ready to work-out? Tidewater features a beach front state of the art fitness center with a Roman Spa. Don't feel like cooking breakfast, no worries... head down to "Waves Bar and Grill" and let them fix you up with a bloody Mary and a fresh cooked breakfast. Now its time to get ready for some fun in the sun and head down to either of the two 4,300 sq. foot beach front lagoon pools. The east pool features a tiki bar with kids or adult drinks and a food menu (seasonal) . Forget something... no worries, head into The Flip Flop Beach Stop (seasonal) located on the Tidewater Boardwalk for beach toys, sunblock, toothpaste, or anything you may have left behind. When the kiddos are ready to move on to the next activity, send them to the game room on level one. Also, take advantage of the free daily movies in the Tidewater movie theatre.
Upon arrival, guests will be required to pay a $35 resort fee (plus tax) at the registration desk (this is a one time fee per party (NOT per person), where they will receive wristbands and a parking pass. This is typical for most PCB resorts.
-We wash every blanket on every bed every time in between vacation rental guests. We take extra time to ensure everything is fresh and clean for your stay including using a laundry sanitizer, hot water, an antibacterial wash and dry cycle and professional grade detergent! Just in case you thought this was standard practice… many short term rentals only wash blankets once or twice a year!
Limited to 3 adults, and four guests total, we do not have a sofa bed. Babies and children count towards total number of guests.

For cancellations made within 21 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Thank you so much for visiting our condo website! We live in Greenwood AR, and have owned our own pharmacy/gift shop for ten years. We purchased 8 condos in PCB because we love the Emerald Coast, and try to make it to the beach as often as possible. We have two children ages 22 and 16 that we love spending time with at the beach. Master bedroom features a brand new King bed and mattress. It comes with its own private bathroom, flat screen tv, closet and storage for your clothing. The kids will have their own space using the hallway bunk beds. DUE TO COVID, AND JUST TO HAVE AN OVERALL MORE DISINFECTED CONDO, WE HAVE REMOVED THROW PILLOWS AND COMFORTERS. WE HAVE REPLACED COMFORTERS WITH BLANKETS THAT CAN BE WASHED AT EVERY TURNOVER AND HAVE CHOSEN TO COMPLETELY REMOVE ALL THROW PILLOWS SINCE THEY CARRY GERMS AND NOT BE WASHED EACH TIME. -We wash all bedding on every bed every time in between vacation rental guests.
