TRUE BEACHFRONT .. Welcome to "Beach Oasis" at Pinnacle Port in the low-rise building B3 on the second floor. Our brand new condo features breathtaking views from both the living area and master bedroom. Other features include a king bed and flat screen tv in the master, flat screen/smart tv in the living area, free wifi, washer and dryer, and a full bath with tub/shower combination. You'll enjoy the completely renovated kitchen with all new appliances, cabinets, dishes, cookware, etc. We provide comfortable cotton linens & fluffy bath towels. Also included are two beach chairs and an umbrella, stored in the condo to use anytime. Our balcony has a heavy duty pub table set w/ two chairs and a rocking chair to enjoy the breathtaking beach view. Whether you are a Pinnacle Port regular or this is your first time, you are sure to fall in love with the private and secluded Carillon community! Our 24 hour secure and gated community is nestled between Camp Helen state park and the private beach-home community of Carillon Beach. We are protected to the north by the picturesque inlet lake (Lake Powell), making Pinnacle Port resort one of the most secluded and quietest ocean-front resorts on the Panhandle. We are just a two and a half miles away from scenic Highway 30a beach towns of Rosemary & Seascrest, and only a few miles a way from the heart of PCB, and Pier Park. Pinnacle Port also has a peaceful lakeside gazebo, a free boat launch if you'd like to bring your own boat or jet skis. Fishing is also allowed with a temporary Florida fishing license. Beach chair/umbrella rentals are also available in prime season or use the set we store in our condo. We provide secure keyless entry so there are no long drives to get keys or anything to keep up with. We own one other condo at Pinnacle Port and also have friends with completely updated condos at Pinnacle Port Resort, so be sure to let me know if you have a large party and we will get you taken care of!

Pinnacle Port amenities: Large indoor/outdoor heated pool, second outdoor pool, picnic pavilion including grills and picnic tables, 4 top of the line tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe courts, bocce ball court, children's playground, vending machines, men and women's saunas, beach loungers and umbrella rentals. During peak season, the Cafe at the large pool offers hamburgers, snowcones, hot dogs, sandwiches, sodas, etc. Bring boats or jet skis for use on 600+ acre lake; boat docks available. We are right next to Camp Helen State Park, where Luke Bryan filmed the video for his hit song "Old Beach Roller Coaster"; It is a small state park that is never crowded and super fun to explore.

-We wash every blanket on every bed every time in between vacation rental guests. We take extra time to ensure everything is fresh and clean for your stay including using a laundry sanitizer, hot water, an antibacterial wash and dry cycle and professional grade detergent! Just in case you thought this was standard practice… many short term rentals only wash blankets once or twice a year!
-Walking and biking friendly gated community.
-There is a one time $35 per car (NOT per person) parking/resort fee that must be paid prior to arrival.

Limited to 3 guests, but best suited for 2 adults, children do count in the total amount of guests.

-Must be 25 to book and check in at resort - ID will be checked at registration.

Our units have a RING doorbell with security camera. These doorbells and cameras only detect activity OUTSIDE of the units front door in the OUTSIDE breezeway area. These are installed for everyones security and ensure that only people with permission are entering the unit.

Cancellations:
One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 21 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 21 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
