TRUE BEACHFRONT... "Beach Getaway" is a newly remodeled beachfront condo at Tidewater on the 2nd level of the building, which only requires one set of stairs to get to the condo from the walkover, and one flight of stairs down to the beach - it is very possible to avoid the elevators for your entire stay!! Also, this condo is on the same level as Waves Bar And Grill which is so convenient!! This is a new listing and purchase for us, but please feel free to see our other all five star reviews on our other properties at Tidewater using VRBO numbers: 1289039, 1289055, and 1316557. We provide top notch service to our guests, and we manage our condos ourselves so you will have personalized service. 

Welcome to "Beach Getaway" at Tidewater Beach Resort, a gorgeous one-bedroom, two bath condo with the most spectacular views of the emerald green gulf waters. When you enter the condo, you will find your master suite on your left, which features a super comfortable king bed, flat screen tv, and its own private bathroom.  On the right, the kiddos will be super excited about their very own bunk room and hallway bathroom all to themselves! Up next the fully-equipped kitchen with an amazing beach view, which leads into the open dining and living area. This property comes complete with a washer and dryer and free wi-fi.  Last but not least, step out onto your beachfront balcony and take in all the beauty on our brand new, beach aqua blue super comfortable furniture - this will probably become your favorite spot! Come make "Beach Getaway" your home away from home this year and it may easily become your go to vacation destination for years to come. 

Tidewater boasts so many amazing amenities that you won't know what to do first. Tidewater rests on 600 feet of sugar white sand with plenty of room to play in the emerald green waters.  You can start your day with a cup of coffee on the spacious balcony, or head down to the on-site coffee shop. Ready to work-out? Tidewater features a beach front state of the art fitness center with a Roman Spa. Don't feel like cooking breakfast, no worries... head down to "Waves Bar and Grill" and let them fix you up with a bloody Mary and a fresh cooked breakfast. Now its time to get ready for some fun in the sun and head down to either of the two 4,300 sq. foot beach front lagoon pools. The east pool features a tiki bar with kids or adult drinks and a food menu (summer) . Forget something... no worries, head into The Flip Flop Beach Stop located on the Tidewater Boardwalk for beach toys, sunblock, toothpaste, or anything you may have left behind (or a margarita or daiquiri. When the kiddos are ready to move on to the next activity, send them to the game room on level one.  On Wednesday and Saturday evenings, take advantage of the free movie in the Tidewater movie theatre. 

**Upon arrival, guests will be required to pay a one time $35 resort fee (plus tax) at the registration desk, where they will receive wristbands and a parking pass.  This is typical for most PCB resorts and is NOT per person and is only a one time fee at the beginning of your stay. This unit is limited to 5 guests total, and a max of 3 adults.

-We wash every blanket on every bed every time in between vacation rental guests. We take extra time to ensure everything is fresh and clean for your stay including using a laundry sanitizer, hot water, an antibacterial wash and dry cycle and professional grade detergent! Just in case you thought this was standard practice… many short term rentals only wash blankets once or twice a year!

Cancellations:
One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
