Welcome to "Beach Retreat" at Tidewater Beach Resort, an updated two-bedroom, two bath condo with the most spectacular views of the emerald green gulf waters. You will enjoy the amazing beach views from the kitchen, dining, and living area. The master bedroom has a new king bed, large smart tv, plenty of storage & a private on-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom also features a king bed, smart tv, and a bathroom just down the hallway. Your favorite spot will be your beachfront balcony where you can take in all the beauty - this will probably become your favorite spot! Also included is a washer and dryer, 3 smart tvs, and upgraded high speed wi-fi. Come make "Beach Retreat" your home away from home this year and it may easily become your go to vacation destination for years to come.
"Beach Retreat" is a 5 star beachfront condo at Tidewater on the 5th level of the building. It is very possible to avoid the elevators for your entire stay - 3 flights of stairs to the garage walkover and 5 flights to the beach, or of course, take the elevator. We provide top notch service to our guests, and we manage our condos ourselves - so you will have personalized service. All of our condos are right on the beach with amazing views, no streets to cross, and super easy beach access.
Tidewater boasts so many amazing amenities that you won't know what to do first. Tidewater rests on 600 feet of sugar white sand with plenty of room to play in the emerald green waters. You can start your day with a cup of coffee on the spacious balcony, or head down to the on-site coffee shop. Ready to work-out? Tidewater features a beach front state of the art fitness center with a Roman Spa. Don't feel like cooking breakfast, no worries... head down to "Waves Bar and Grill" and let them fix you up with a bloody Mary and a fresh cooked breakfast. Now its time to get ready for some fun in the sun and head down to either of the two 4,300 sq. foot beach front lagoon pools. The east pool features a tiki bar with kids or adult drinks and a food menu (summer) . Forget something... no worries, head into The Flip Flop Beach Stop located on the Tidewater Boardwalk for beach toys, sunblock, toothpaste, or anything you may have left behind (or a margarita or daiquiri. When the kiddos are ready to move on to the next activity, send them to the game room on the ground floor. On Wednesday and Saturday evenings, take advantage of the free movie in the Tidewater movie theatre.
**We wash every blanket on every bed every time in between vacation rental guests. We take extra time to ensure everything is fresh and clean for your stay including using a laundry sanitizer, hot water, an antibacterial wash and dry cycle and professional grade detergent! Just in case you thought this was standard practice… many short term rentals only wash blankets once or twice a year!

**PCB Beachfront Condos**
Rules:
**Upon arrival, guests will be required to pay a one time $48 resort fee (plus tax) at the registration desk, where they will receive wristbands and a parking pass. This is typical for most PCB resorts and is NOT per person and is only a one time fee at the beginning of your stay.
**This unit is limited to 6 guests total... THIS INCLUDES BABIES, CHILDREN, ETC DUE TO FIRE CODES.
**Must be 25 to book and check in, there is no way around this. You must check in at front desk upon arrival to receive wristbands which unlock resort doors etc.
Monthly Winter Rates, tax & cleaning not included:
-November: $2800
-December: $2800
-January: $2800
-February: $3500
Cancellations:
One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Thank you so much for visiting our condo website! We live in Greenwood AR, and we have owned our own pharmacy/gift shop for ten years. We purchased 8 condos in PCB because we love the Emerald Coast, and try to make it to the beach as often as possible. We have two children ages 22 and 16 that we love spending time with at the beach. DUE TO COVID, AND JUST TO HAVE AN OVERALL MORE DISINFECTED CONDO, WE HAVE REMOVED THROW PILLOWS AND COMFORTERS. WE HAVE REPLACED COMFORTERS WITH BLANKETS THAT CAN BE WASHED AT EVERY TURNOVER AND HAVE CHOSEN TO COMPLETELY REMOVE ALL THROW PILLOWS SINCE THEY CARRY GERMS AND NOT BE WASHED EACH TIME. -We wash ALL BEDDING on every bed every time in between vacation rental guests.
